To make changes to your account details, first log in to Assess with your existing email address and password.

Open the Account drop-down menu in the top right corner of the app and click on My Profile.

Changing your first and last name

On the My Profile page, you can update your first and last name by entering in your new details and clicking on the Save Changes button. A short moment later your changes will be saved and a message will appear on the bottom right of the page letting you know that your name was updated.

Changing your email address

In the Email Address field, enter the new email address that you would like to use and click Save Changes. You will receive a confirmation email at this new email address sent from support@assessre.com.

In this email, click on the Confirm Change button to confirm the email address update. That's it! The next time you log in, use your updated email address and existing password to access your account. Note that you will also receive an email at your old email address informing you that it is no longer associated with your Assess account.

Changing your password

To change your password, enter your existing password into the Old Password field and fill out the New Password field. Enter your new password once more in the field directly below to verify and click the Change Password button. A message will appear on the screen notifying you that your password has been updated. The next time you log in to Assess, you will use your new password to access your account.

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can recover access to your account with a password reset.
